A light tingle on the first few uses is common, especially on freshly shaved or very dry skin. It usually fades as your levels come up. If it feels sharp, rinse after twenty minutes or dilute with a little water.
There are no synthetic emulsifiers in the bottle, so the magnesium brine and the castor oil naturally separate. Shake vigorously before every use.

Each order is packed by hand after your batch is prepared. Here is what to expect from checkout to your doorstep.
Orders are handcrafted and packed in small batches, so please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing before your order ships. During busy seasons or after a farmers market weekend, processing may take slightly longer. We will always note any delays on our site or in your confirmation email.
We currently ship within the continental United States.
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Orders over $75 may qualify for free standard shipping.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our hands. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please reach out.
Many of our products are liquid or glass bottled. We package every order with care to prevent leaks and breakage during transit. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit delays are outside our control, but we are glad to help track down a lost or delayed shipment. If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, or a package is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us and we will work with the carrier, or send a replacement, as quickly as possible.
Prefer to skip shipping? Select local or farmers market at checkout to pick up your order at our next scheduled farmers market appearance at no shipping cost. We will confirm the pickup location and date by email.
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer, though we are happy to help however we can if this happens.

All sales are final. Because each item is handcrafted in small batches to order, we are not able to accept returns for change of mind or general dissatisfaction. The exceptions below cover when something has genuinely gone wrong.
We stand behind what we make. All purchases, online and at farmers markets, are final sale, except in the situations described below: your order arrives damaged or defective, you received the wrong item, or the error was ours. In those cases, we will always make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shannon@shannonsintuitiveinfusions.com with your order number, a photo of the item and packaging as received, and a brief description of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, your choice.
If we make a mistake with your order, whether the wrong item, a payment processing error, or a formulation issue on our side, let us know and we will correct it with a replacement or a refund.
Purchases made in person at a farmers market are also final sale, with the same exceptions above for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Bring the item and your receipt to our next market appearance, or reach out at the contact below.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, processed securely through Stripe. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
All sales are final, including opened and unopened items, except as described above. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, scent preference, or general dissatisfaction. Gift cards, if offered, are non refundable. Sale or clearance items marked final sale follow this same policy with no additional exceptions. Custom or made to order items are final sale unless defective.

Because we make each batch by hand, order timing matters. Here is how cancellations work depending on where your order stands.
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has shipped. Email us at shannon@shannonsintuitiveinfusions.com with your order number and we will cancel and refund it right away, with no fee.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. At that point, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for how to handle a return once it arrives.
Some items, such as custom scent variations or larger batch orders, are formulated specifically for your order. These may be cancelled only within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. Once formulation has started, the order is final unless the item arrives defective.
If you have reserved or pre-ordered an item for pickup at an upcoming market, you may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the market date for a full refund. Reservations not picked up and not cancelled in advance may be treated as forfeited at our discretion.
Need to change a size, scent, or shipping address instead of cancelling entirely? Reach out as soon as possible. If your order has not entered production or shipped yet, we are happy to update it.
Cancelled orders are refunded in full to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
